Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn something new? Welcome to LearnToMakeCheese.co.nz, home of no fuss, no drama cheesemaking. Our goal is to give you the skills, experience and confidence you need in order to become a successful cheesemaker. Our classes are flexible and Tutor Clare Ryan has a friendly relaxed style that will lead you through the fundamentals of cheesemaking. You will learn about making butter, yoghurt, sour cream and cultured butter milk while you make your own cheeses to take home with you.
