Service Description

Making your own camembert/brie cheese is easy and fun, no special gear is needed and you will learn everything you need in this class. Nothing is wasted in cheesemaking so you will make some beautiful creamy ricotta to take home as well. The class also covers making yoghurt, sour cream, cream cheese and butter. All equipment is supplied - including Certified Organic A2 milk, but you are welcome to bring your own milk if you have a cow.
